Adyen Digital & CX Leader Roundtable
Adyen worked with Clutch to create a Digital and Customer Experience Leader Lunch Event focused on using Payment Innovation to drive better CX.
The Brief:
Adyen aimed to connect with Digital and CX Leaders in Sydney from industries they hadn’t traditionally worked with, such as Hotels, Hospitality, and Insurance, targeting specific accounts. They wanted to bring buying teams to the event across Digital and CX.
The main topic they wanted to explore was the impact innovative payment technology can have on improving conversions and enhancing CX.
The Work:
We collaborated with Adyen to deliver a Digital and CX Leader Lunch Event involving a Panel Discussion with two customers (Canva and Zimmerman), followed by a roundtable discussion.
The Outcome:
The event had 20 Digital and CX leaders attend across 12 accounts, all of which were target accounts with brands such as Optus, Merivale, NIB and Marriot in attendance.
Adyen secured 7 meetings from the event, with one leading to an opportunity with a large multinational.
The event received nearly 100% 5-star ratings on content, organisation, and overall enjoyment from all attendees via the post-event survey.
