SAP Concur Finance Leader Roundtable

SAP Concur’s small-enterprise division approached us again to create a Finance Leaders Roundtable series in Sydney and Melbourne focused on AI’s role in revolutionising finance teams.

The Brief:

SAP Concur’s exciting new AI features have the potential to change the game for finance teams. However, it's important for Finance Leaders to understand how they can effectively and seamlessly integrate this groundbreaking technology into their organisational workflow while also staying within budget.

The Work:

SAP Concur aimed to reach new accounts. Consequently, Clutch constructed an invitation list based on the specific requirement of organisations with 500 employees and fewer, posing a unique research challenge. Given their established presence in this field, SAP Concur provided an exhaustive exclusion list of companies already in collaboration.

We collaborated with SAP Concur to devise a topic and discussion points that would simplify the complex and extensive topic of AI into a digestible, actionable, and prudent content offering.

Clutch also engaged the services of professional moderator Brad Howarth to drive the conversation and ensure maximum engagement.

The Outcome:

Despite the unique challenges in the audience brief, we successfully convened 15 professionals in Melbourne and 14 in Sydney for this well-received Roundtable series. Additionally, SAP Concur generated 11 new pipeline opportunities through subsequent conversations.

These events were attended by 40% Finance Directors, 25% Chief Financial Officers, and 20% Heads of Finance and FP&A.
