SAP Successfactors in partnership with EPI-USE, Accenture and Clutch, ran a Roadshow of HR Executive Lunch Events across Australia focused on Elevating HR Transformation.
The Brief:
SAP aimed to run HR Leader Events comprising 100% target accounts across Australia. They sought a more cost-effective approach than previous years, with the goal of hosting larger lunch events in major markets (Sydney and Melbourne) and a smaller event in Brisbane.
The main topic they wanted to explore was HR Transformations, with a focus on aligning technological needs with business requirements.
The Work:
We collaborated with SAP, Accenture, and EPI-USE to deliver the roundtable lunch events in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
The Outcome:
The roadshow had 81 HR Leaders from 100% target accounts attend across the three cities, with the events coming in 22% cheaper than the previous year.
Brisbane: 18 attendees, including brands such as Queensland Rail, Suncorp Group, The Star Entertainment Group, and City Beach.
Melbourne: 28 attendees, including brands such as Dulux Group, Australian Red Cross Lifeblood, Medibank, and Myer.
Sydney: 35 attendees, including brands such as Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, UNSW, Nine, NBN, Inghams, and Graincorp.
