Qualys Cyber-Risk Leaders Roadshow

Qualys came to Clutch with the lofty goal of reaching 30+ people in 5 cities across AN/Z to coincide with their CEO being in country.

The Brief:

Clutch as approached with only 4-weeks to go until the first event, a tight timeline for any job- let alone a 5-city roadshow with a target audience of over 150 people!

Qualys wanted to reach audiences in Auckland, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney over 1-week, making the most of their CEO’s time in Australia and putting together a Cyber-Risk briefing for new leads and existing customers.

The Work:

With the extreme time-pressure, Clutch hit the gas on the campaigns, running 5 concurrently to ensure the numbers would be reached in each city. Working hand-in-hand with the client’s Sales Team, we developed a custom tracking system to ensure that invitations were going to the right person from the right person (Clutch or Qualys) as requested by the client.

We also put together a casual “Briefing” style format, featuring a bite-sized 45-minutes of content including a CEO update and customer interviews in each city, allowing for a total commitment time of 2.5 hours and plenty of time for networking.

The Outcome:

The target of 150 guests was exceeded with Clutch generating 169 attendees across the 5-cities from the client’s target audience.

This huge campaign was extremely successful, with an average score of 4.7 in the post-event survey answered by 37 guests.

Sumedh Thakar even left with such valuable insights that he was able to deliver a new product to better meet Qualys’ client needs.
