Infoblox Cyber Leaders Roundtable Roadshow

Infoblox came to Clutch to run two Cyber Roundtablesa to coincide with some visits from Senior VP’s & AISA in Melbourne.

The Brief:

With only 4 weeks before the Sydney roundtable date, we quickly tailored a target audience to suit the client’s brief of FSI cybersecurity personas complimentary to their outlined target accounts. We also worked with our client to develop discussion topics that would drive high engagement and longevity.

We were faced with many school and public holidays during the audience acquisition campaign, hindering the process. As the dates were fixed to suit the CRO’s visit to Sydney and the Chief DNS Architect’s time in Melbourne for AISA, we developed a programmatic communications plan to maximise touch points and secure the right audience for our client.

The Work:

At Sydney’s lunch at O Bar & Dining, our attendance goal of 15 was exceeded, reaching 17 cybersecurity leaders attending with 70% of those attendees from target accounts. Considering the unprecedented rain we experienced on the day, this was an incredible result made possible only by our highly personalised RSVP management process.

In Melbourne, we hosted 21 cybersecurity professionals at Bottega Restaurant for a 3-course lunch and drinks, exceeding the registration target by 6. Of these 21, all were from the client’s target audience and 85% were from target accounts.

To make the most of having the CRO in town, we worked with our client to maximise their investment and film an event highlights video and 1-on-1 interview. This small add-on had big impact, taking the event from an audience of 17 in the room to thousands on LinkedIn.

The Outcome:

This campaign resulted in 4 very hot leads for our client, alongside the nurture of one of their largest product deals in APAC history.

Additionally, our campaign secured a private meeting with the CISO of a large government agency, creating a relationship and opportunity that would have otherwise not existed.

Finally, the event highlights video and interview were posted on LinkedIn to an audience of 100,000+ people.
