Highspot Sales-Leader Workshop

Highspot came back to Clutch with the goal of raising the bar again for their next event.



The Brief:

After delivering an incredibly successful Roundtable with Highspot just weeks before, they approached us to help manage elevate an upcoming customer event that they were hosting with one of their senior VP’s from the UK.

Highspot wanted to provide a unique experience for their existing customers, so they engaged us to manage the event-side of things.

Also, having seen our effective registration-nurture process in action at their Roundtable, they asked for our help in keeping audiences engaged and maximising their RSVP to attendee ratio.

The Work:

With a thorough understanding of the audience and clients expectations, we set to looking for premium venues that would raise the bar. We explored many options, but settled on the Sydney Opera House as the ideal location for this exclusive invite-only workshop for Sales Leaders within Highspot’s existing client base.

We also built a custom registration website to ensure that our thorough RSVP process was executed.

The Outcome:

The event was a resounding success, with 34 of Highspot’s customers and prospects joining us on the day at the Opera House for an amazing lunch workshop, overlooking the Sydney Harbour in the countries most iconic building.

This workshop received 17 5-star ratings from the attendees and furthered many of the existing opportunities Highspot had with the people in the room.
