ServiceNow CX & Digital Leader Campaign

ServiceNow engaged Clutch to help them drive registrations for a CX & Digital Leader Roundtable Campaign across 4 cities in Australia & New Zealand.

The Brief:

ServiceNow came to us needing support driving registrations for 4 Roundtable lunch events they had planned in October 2023. With the events themselves already outlined, ServiceNow came to us with only 4-weeks lead time to help them convert registrations, as numbers were low. ServiceNow wanted to target Customer Experience, Digital Experience, Digital & eCommerce Leaders in Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland and Canberra.

The Work:

We quickly built an invitation pool of over 750 contacts across the 4-cities, enacting our 2-touchpoint invitation process resulting in a total of over 1,500 calls taking place over the duration of the campaign.

ServiceNow also engaged us to execute our signature registration nurture tactics, including courtesy-call & SMS reminders in their custom Audience Acquisition package.

The Outcome:

We were able to generate 60+ registrations across the 4 events to supplement the registrations already garnered by ServiceNow & their team- an amazing outcome considering the short lead time!
