Workday HR-Leaders Lunch Workshop Roadshow

Workday came to Clutch wanting to provide an elevated Roundtable experience for HR Leaders in Sydney and Melbourne.

The Brief:

Workday came to us with the goal of reaching a larger-than-normal audience (25+) while also providing an outstanding thought-leadership event covering The Future of Work - a topic that is front of mind for CHRO’s around Australia and the world.

The Work:

We built a custom lunch format and engaged McCrindle to design event content that would leave attendees armed with knowledge they can use in their day-to-day roles as HR Leaders.

The guests would then breakout into smaller Roundtable Discussions to exchange ideas and concerns about the topics presented and the challenges facing them in 2023 and beyond.

We also chose larger venues that could support up to 30 people in each city, while also facilitating a short presentation by Geoff Brailey, Senior Researcher at McCrindle.

The Outcome:

Not only were these events extremely well received by guests, but they were resoundingly successful with 27 guests joining in Melbourne and 29 guests joining in Sydney!

These audiences were comprised of 78% target accounts and Workday booked several meetings with new prospects following the activities.

• Dive deep into evolving work modes like remote operations, changes in job tenures, and the implications of multi-career trajectories on organisational structures and team dynamics.

• Explore actionable techniques and strategies for appealing to, retaining, and engaging a multi-generational workforce, leveraging the strengths and preferences of each age group to foster cohesion and productivity.
