PayApps Construction Commercial Leaders Roadshow
PayApps engaged Clutch for their first-ever Roundtable campaign for 3 events in Brisbane, Melbourne and Auckland.
The Brief:
PayApps approached us looking for a highly effective way to connect with new prospects in three of their smaller geographical markets. The target audience covered Commercial Directors & Financial Leaders within the construction industry who would be looking to streamline their payments processes.
The Work:
To help with not only filling the rooms with the right audience, but to also ensure that the PayApps brand is synonymous with thought-leadership in the Construction Industry, the chosen topic was Building Resilience in Construction - something at the front of the entire industries mind in 2023 as firms continue to fail or be extremely threatened by the challenging economic conditions.
The Enhancements:
PayApps wanted to maximise their investment on this campaign, so we helped them with the following:
Organised for Construction Industry Podcast Hosts to moderate each Roundtable
Shot a number of videos at each event to create a library of evergreen content for digital marketing
Donations to Construction Industry Charities on behalf of each person that attended
These three additions to the campaign elevated the Roundtable campaign, maximising the cut-through and audience sentiment.
The Outcome:
These campaigns were extremely successful, with 20 guests joining in Brisbane, 21 guests joining in Melbourne and 21 guests ready to join us in Auckland in early 2024.
86% of guests across the campaign were target accounts, generating multiple opportunities in each location. Not only that, but 100% of the guests that attended rated the event 5/5 stars, with many requesting invites for the next editions!
