Building on the success of a Melbourne pilot event, IBM and Millennium Insights engaged Clutch to organise an equivalent roundtable in Sydney. The event aimed to bring together facilities and asset management leaders to explore strategies for implementing digital engineering transformation.

The Work:

Clutch collaborated with IBM and Millennium Insights to deliver the roundtable event in Sydney. The event was designed to foster meaningful discussions and provide actionable insights for attendees.

The Outcome:

The event attracted 16 attendees, with organisations represented including City of Parramatta, Sydney Catholic Schools, Sydney Olympic Park Authority, and Hoyts Group.

  Exploring the creation and utilisation of digital twins as a fundamental component of digital engineering. Discussions centred on their role in enhancing decision-making, optimising operations, and facilitating predictive maintenance.

• Achieving ISO 19650 Compliance
  Addressing the standards outlined in ISO 19650 for managing information throughout the lifecycle of a built asset. Steps necessary for achieving compliance were discussed, highlighting how this ensures efficiency, consistency, and quality in digital project delivery.
