Gigamon C-Suite Direct Mail Campaign
Long-term clients, Gigamon, came to us with a problem- they had a number of existing accounts and new leads that were no longer engaged, so we put together an ABM-focused Direct Mail campaign to cut-through the noise.
The Brief:
Gigamon wanted to reconnect with a number of C-Suite executives at some of their existing customers to re-open discussions and educate them on new services and products. Gigamon also wanted to target a number of top executives at a number of high-priority targets that they were struggling to engage.
The Work:
Gigamon’s new product enables “Deep Observability”, so with that and the senior audience in mind, we put together a targeted, 50-person direct mail campaign that would see each contact receiving a drone.
The package also included a unique and trackable QR code which linked through to an invitation to join a Drone-Flying lesson with one of Gigamon’s in-house hobbyist drone gurus!
The gifts were prepared by us and sent to the contacts across Melbourne and Sydney.
The Outcome:
During the follow up process, Gigamon was able to book 11 meetings with existing and new accounts, measuring the campaign successful against marketing’s KPIs.
In fact, the campaign was so successful that Clutch ran another Direct Mail project later in 2024 with a shifted job-title focus to continue the ABM strategy and target decision-makers and influencers within these accounts.
