Concentrix sought to leverage a recently successful case study in the superannuation sector and approached Clutch to organise an event bringing together Superannuation CX, Digital, and Marketing Leaders. 

The goal was to discuss the case study and explore technology-driven strategies for improving customer engagement and satisfaction.

The Work:

Clutch collaborated with Concentrix to deliver a well-curated roundtable lunch event at OTTO Ristorante in Sydney. The event was designed to create a forum for insightful conversations, practical learning, and peer networking among senior leaders in the superannuation industry.

The Outcome:

Clutch successfully attracted 25 Superannuation CX, Digital, and Marketing Leaders from esteemed organisations, including Commonwealth Bank, Colonial First State, Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, ING, Aware Super, CSC, and Perpetual.

The event provided an opportunity for these leaders to exchange ideas, learn from industry successes, and explore innovative approaches to enhancing customer engagement.
