Highspot Sales & Marketing Speed Networking Lunches

Highspot worked with Clutch to bring the well received speed-networking lunches to Melbourne for back-to-back events for Sales and Marketing Leaders.

The Brief:

Highspot wanted to connect with a mix of target and whitespace accounts on a deeper level, providing them with a thought-leadership opportunity to connect with their colleagues and peers in a facilitated, structured collaborative environment.

The Work:

We worked with Highspot to put together two back-to-back speed-networking lunches at the incredible Vue de Monde in Melbourne. The format enabled attendees to meet with 6 of their peers over a delicious degustation lunch, with a each new course a new conversation.

The Outcome:

The Marketing Lunch welcomed 21 attendees from some of Australia’s leading organisations, with the attendees being CMO’s, Head of’s, or General Managers. Organisations included Catch.com, ANZ, NAB, Macquarie Technology Group, Carsales, Xero, Kookai, David Jones, Bupa and Mercedes Benz.

The Sales Lunch had 19 attendees, with the attendees being CRO’s, CCO’s, Head of’s or GM’s of Sales. Some of the represented organisations included Tennis Australia, Employment Hero, Foxtel, Telstra, Westpac, Carsales, Ashurst, Energy Australia, and Vanguard.

Highspot was able to generate 100% SQL’s from all event attendees, with a 100% meeting booking rate converting to 30 sales conversations.

The events gained a lot of goodwill and brand reputation with attendees for Highspot, with a 100% 5-star rating out of over 18 post-event feedback submissions.
